It was another fun-filled training day last Saturday as fifty-one participants learned new running drills, techniques and circuit workouts.
“We’re happy to see new faces in the group. Truly, everyone is welcome to join us here,” an official statement of HyperSports Team.
More running drills were introduced to the participants as they get a feeling of how track athletes start their training routine. A new set of circuit workout which includes some core exercises followed.
Elite guest athlete Rene Hererra once again graced the event and gave pointers on proper running mechanics. He also had a simple discussion with the participants which were all amazed when he told them his personal record in the 5K run. Rene likewise explained to them how important rest and recovery is to runners.
